I have created this preliminary schedule of the Countries and areas I plan on featuring my first month. So far I have not come up with a menu or it nary for every day. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I would love to hear your thoughts. I plan on making or eating a dish from every region, and playing a sport or game that is popular in the region. I would also like to watch a movie and T.V. episode that represents the area.
